As reported by the Sun Sentinel, “Broward County property values increased 7.8 percent last year. When $2.4 billion in new construction is added in, the total jump is 9.3 percent.”

Broward County Property Owners should expect to receive their TRIM notice within the next 45 days. In order to appeal, a petition will need to be filed within 25 days from the mailing of the TRIM notice.
